There are just two instances of this herb on London’s street signs; Thyme Close is in Kidbrooke while Thyme Walk is in Clapton.

Thyme

Thyme is an aromatic, low-growing culinary herb from the mint family, known for its earthy, minty, and slightly lemony flavour. Thyme is a common component of the bouquet garni, and of herbes de Provence. It is used fresh or dried in various dishes like stews, stuffings, pastas and meat dishes.
