Street sign reading 'Orange Place' mounted on a metal post, surrounded by green foliage and bushes, with a chain-link fence and playground equipment visible in the background.

Orange

As well as Orange Place in Surrey Quays, there’s an Orange Grove in Leyton, an Orange Street in Covent Garden and an Orange Yard in Soho.

Whole and sliced oranges with green leaves on a white background.

Orange

Oranges, whose flavour may vary from sweet to sour, are commonly peeled and eaten fresh raw, or squeezed to make orange juice. They can also be boiled with sugar to make jam or marmalade.
