Chard
Chard, like other green leafy vegetables, has highly nutritious leaves. Fresh chard can be used raw in salads, stir-fries, soups or omelettes. The raw leaves can be used like a tortilla wrap. Chard leaves and stalks are typically boiled or sautéed.
