Duck

Since ancient times, the duck has been eaten as food. Usually only the breast and thigh meat is eaten, often braised or roasted, and sometimes flavoured with bitter orange or with port. The most commonly eaten types of wild duck include the Mallard, Teal, Wigeon, and Pintail.
