Tarragon

There are three instances of this herb on London’s street signs; Tarragon Close is in New Cross, Tarragon Court in Ilford and Tarragon Close in Sydenham.

Tarragon

Tarragon is one of the four fines herbes of French cooking – also including parsley, chives and chervil – and is particularly suitable for chicken, fish, and egg dishes. Tarragon is the main flavoring component of Béarnaise sauce.
